The Town House 14 Rue du Sellier, 81120 Realmont, Tarn, France
The Town House is situated in the old part of Realmont. It has been lovingly restored by the British owners, Sonia & John, who live in a farmhouse 5 minutes away and are available if need be. John is an artist and Sonia is a homoeopath and masseuse. They moved from rural Devon to rural France in 2000 and manage a large organic vegetable garden which provides an abundance of vegetables.
The house is on two levels above a garage.
The first floor comprises a twin bedroom at the front (ensuite) and a living area which includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge space. This light and airy space opens on to a walled terrace. On the terrace there are potted shrubs, a table & 4 chairs and an electrically operated awning which delivers additional privacy as well as shade.
The second floor is a light, spacious double bedroom (ensuite).
